By accessing WidgetWise, you agree to be bound by these Terms. You must be of legal age and lawfully entitled to access the service.
We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, and revocable license to use our apps for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree to:
WidgetWise is available through the Apple App Store. Some features require paid subscriptions. Apple handles all billing and refunds through their App Store account system. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled through App Store settings.
Luis Garcia and Oi Apps owns all app content including text, graphics, logos, and software. Users retain ownership of content they create using the apps, such as learning progress or notes.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and may modify features, perform maintenance, or update apps without notice. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of our apps indicates acceptance of any modifications.
Our apps are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees regarding app performance, error-free operation, or learning outcomes.
Luis Garcia and Oi Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our apps.
You may stop using our apps at any time. We may immediately terminate your access for breach of these terms without notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in U.S. courts.
